Welcome to Heart Wisdom Academy, where ancient wisdom meets modern enlightenment. I started this journey in the mid-1990s, drawing on remembered ancient knowledge and a deep calling to help others reconnect with their hearts.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 20,000 students and clients. What began as HelhetsCentrum in Sweden has grown into an international community of seekers and healers.
My teachings are based on ancient knowledge from the Mystery Schools of Egypt and Greece — adapted to our time. I don’t ask you to believe in something outside yourself. Instead, I help you discover your own inner truth and wisdom.
