My journey into the world of holistic healing began in the mid-1990s, long before I had any idea it would become my life’s work.
What started as a personal search for deeper meaning slowly unfolded into a calling — one that has led me to work with over 20,000 students and clients across the globe.
Since 2002, I have dedicated myself fully to this path. I am the founder of Heart Wisdom Academy, an international online school where ancient wisdom meets modern personal growth. Here, I teach heart-centered living — a way of being that invites you to stop searching outside yourself and start listening to the quiet, steady wisdom that already lives within your heart.
My teachings draw from the Mystery Schools of Egypt and Greece, sacred geometry, the histories of Lemuria and Atlantis, inner alchemy, and heart meditation. These are not just concepts to me — they are living truths I have come to know through direct inner experience and years of deep personal practice.
I also lead a network of 140 certified holistic health therapists and 25 teachers across Sweden through HelhetsCentrum, where this work first took root before expanding to reach a worldwide audience.
What I love most is making the mystical practical. You don’t need a special gift or years of spiritual study to access your inner wisdom. You simply need a willingness to turn inward — and I’ll walk with you every step of the way.
