Lemuria and Atlantis course
Exciting and interesting to learn about the three different Atlantis, this explains some things that was unclear to me before. Memories, mostly happy ones. No sadness there.
Interesting to gain more insight and knowledge, perhaps a bit too long. I also found the info about the fourth dimension interesting, and that we have passed the point which means it’s not going to end like the Mayan calendar said – but really, they weren’t saying it’s going to end at all, they were talking about a new level of consciousness.
Lemuria and Atlantis
Very interesting and exciting to listen to the history. It’s a good thing you can go back and listen to it several times and repeat the exercises. I enjoyed taking part in what other participants experienced during the exercises as I had a hard time relaxing and seeing and feeling anything in particular, which made me feel disappointed and frustrated. Perhaps I was doing it wrong?

Welcome to Heart Wisdom Academy, where ancient wisdom meets modern enlightenment. I started this journey in the mid-1990s, drawing on remembered ancient knowledge and a deep calling to help others reconnect with their hearts.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 20,000 students and clients. What began as HelhetsCentrum in Sweden has grown into an international community of seekers and healers.
My teachings are based on ancient knowledge from the Mystery Schools of Egypt and Greece — adapted to our time. I don’t ask you to believe in something outside yourself. Instead, I help you discover your own inner truth and wisdom.
