Atlantis course
Hello, It all went a little bit too fast, I think. My mobile phone was unable to handle the high frequencies and got overheated just as I was picking up a beautiful key with crystals or diamonds from a pocket, during the Lemuria meditation. Then I came back and lowered my own frequencies and was able to focus, like I usually am. But I was still unable to get any images from the other civilizations. I am going to listen to it again. Thank you so much for a beautiful course and the knowledge.
Very satisfied
Very nice, interesting and fun with the exercises we got to do, which provided plenty of opportunity to explore my own experiences. I would have loved to go deeper into certain details, but I guess that would have required much more time. I am very satisfied.

I think this course was interesting. As I knew very little about these places beforehand, I really can’t say whether this course is better or worse than any other on the subject.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 20,000 students and clients. What began as HelhetsCentrum in Sweden has grown into an international community of seekers and healers.
My teachings are based on ancient knowledge from the Mystery Schools of Egypt and Greece — adapted to our time. I don’t ask you to believe in something outside yourself. Instead, I help you discover your own inner truth and wisdom.
