Living from the Heart — Why It Matters and How to Do It

More and more people are consciously choosing to live from the heart — and it is one of the most beautiful choices you can make for yourself. When you live from your heart, you naturally become more loving — toward yourself and toward everyone around you.
But what does it actually mean? And how do you get there?
The Benefits of Living from Your Heart
The moment you begin living from your heart, things start to shift. Not all at once, and not always dramatically — but steadily, gently, and in ways that matter.
You may notice:
- It becomes easier to listen to your intuition
- Your self-worth begins to grow
- Stress becomes easier to manage
- You can say “no” without drowning in guilt afterward
- Forgiveness — of yourself and others — comes more naturally
- You gain access to powerful inner tools for releasing fear and exploring your own wisdom
These are not small things. These are life-changing shifts that ripple into every area of your daily life.
Ego or Heart — What’s the Difference?
When we talk about the ego, most people think of arrogance — someone who believes they are better than everyone else. And yes, that is one face of the ego. But for most of us, it’s the other side of the ego that causes the most trouble.
That is the side that pushes you down. The voice that says you can’t, that you’re not enough, that everyone else is more capable than you. The ego also drives stress, worry, frustration, and the need to always be “right.” It judges — yourself and others — and keeps you locked in problems rather than solutions.
In your heart, that kind of inner dialogue simply doesn’t exist. In your heart, you seek answers instead of increasing resistance. You can forgive, heal, release fear, and handle both inner and outer stress — with access to tools that genuinely work.
Two Ways to Live from Your Heart
There are two paths to heart-centered living, and both are valid. Here’s how they differ:
1. Through Intention
The simplest approach: you simply decide you are in your heart — and you are. Many people use this method, and it works beautifully when life is flowing well and you feel balanced.
The limitation? This is an emotion-based technique. When life gets hard — when stress, anger, or fear show up — it becomes very difficult to drop into your heart through intention alone. You tend to stay caught in whatever is pulling you out.
2. Through the Heart Meditation
The second way is through the Heart Anchoring and Heart Meditation — ancient higher consciousness techniques from the seventh branch of the Mystery Schools, rooted in sacred geometry and the knowledge of the human light body and energy system.
It may sound complex, but you can learn the technique in just five minutes.
This method takes you into your heart — giving you access to two extraordinary inner rooms that exist within your physical heart.
The first room holds all information about you — your past lives, your Akashic Records, answers to your deepest questions about life purpose and soul lessons.
The second room — the Room under the Stars — is where you are in contact with everything and everyone. Here, the answers you receive are always the most aligned for you, both now and in the long run.
Which is Better?
Both approaches have their place. But the Heart Meditation offers something that intention alone cannot: stability when life gets difficult.
If you have done your Heart Anchoring (which takes just 3–4 minutes), and then something happens during the day that knocks you off balance — stress, anger, fear — it takes only 3 seconds to return to your heart. From there, the storm stills. You can think clearly. You can find solutions instead of staying stuck in the problem.
Many people describe the Heart Meditation as the single most important thing they do for their wellbeing. When they forget to do it, they notice the difference — quickly.
And when life is good? The Heart Meditation makes it even better. You feel strong, balanced, and — as many students describe it — like you have finally come home.
If I can do it, so can you!
