Raise Your Consciousness in Three Simple Steps

Raising your consciousness might sound like something that requires years of study, a retreat in the mountains, or some kind of special gift. It doesn’t. It is something anyone can do — and the results become noticeable quickly.
Here are three simple steps that together take no more than five minutes a day. Small investment. Profound return.
What Do We Mean by “Raising Your Consciousness”?
In this context, raising your consciousness always means raising your spiritual consciousness — and all of it flows from the heart. When you do this work for yourself, something beautiful happens as a side effect: you also help raise the collective consciousness of humanity. Your inner work is never just for you.
You will notice the changes in everyday life. You will become kinder — to yourself and to others. Difficult situations become easier to navigate. Hard decisions feel clearer. And you will find that you can set boundaries with love and firmness, for your own wellbeing.
Step 1 — Live from Your Heart
The foundation of everything is the Heart Meditation. When you do it each day, you naturally anchor yourself in your heart — and from there, you are more balanced, more loving, and more at ease.
Life will still knock you out of your heart sometimes. Stress, irritation, worry — these things happen to all of us. But if you have done your Heart Meditation, returning is simple: just create the sound of Ohm quietly within yourself and use it as a fast elevator straight back into your heart. It takes seconds.
When you notice you have drifted into the ego — when you feel stressed, irritated, or anxious — do not be hard on yourself. Simply notice it, and come back. Every time you do, you are strengthening your ability to live from the heart.
Step 2 — Grow Your Love for Yourself
It takes a great deal of self-love to consistently choose the heart over the ego. Self-love is not a one-time achievement — it is something you tend to daily, like a garden.
The most effective way to do this is through your affirmation. Repeat it three times, from your heart, at least morning and evening — and whenever you catch yourself being unkind to yourself:
I love myself! I respect and trust myself!
I love myself! I respect and trust myself!
I love myself! I respect and trust myself!
It takes about 8 seconds. You cannot overdose on self-love. The more you build it, the more loving you become — toward yourself and toward everyone around you.
Step 3 — The Love Meditation
The Love Meditation is a simple, powerful practice that raises both your personal consciousness and the collective consciousness of humanity — simultaneously.
Do it from your Room under the Stars, ideally after your Heart Meditation and your affirmation.
Set your intention to connect with all of us — beyond time and space. Imagine hearing all our voices as we repeat these words together. Continue until you feel your love reaching around the entire Earth. Always repeat at least three times:
I am Love
Everyone and Everything is Love
We are One
We are Love
That’s It!
Three steps. Five minutes. Every day.
The simplicity is the point. These are not complicated rituals — they are practical, energetically precise techniques that work because of how they are designed, not because of how long they take.
Start where you are. Do what you can. And trust that every single repetition matters — for you, and for the world.
