Lemuria and Atlantis: Ancient Civilizations That Still Live Within You
Have you ever felt a deep, unexplained connection to crystals? A longing for something you cannot quite name — a sense of belonging to a time or place you have never been?

For many years, I have carried memories of two extraordinary civilizations — Lemuria and Atlantis. Not as historical curiosities, but as living knowledge that has shaped my work, my teachings, and my understanding of what it means to be human. In this post, I want to share some of what I know — and invite you to explore whether any of it stirs something familiar within you.
More Than Myths
Lemuria and Atlantis are often dismissed as legends. But there are many of us who hold genuine memories from these times — not as fantasy, but as a deep, subconscious knowing that surfaces in quiet moments, in dreams, in an inexplicable pull toward certain places, practices, or people.
Most people are unaware of this. But on a subconscious level, these ancient civilizations still affect many of us today.
Perhaps you will remember too.
Lemuria: The Crystal Civilization
Lemuria — also known as Mu — existed approximately 25,000 years ago. It was a beautiful society whose inhabitants carried unique levels of consciousness and deep spiritual knowledge.
At the heart of Lemurian life was crystal work. All knowledge, research, development, and education revolved around crystals. Special ceremonies were performed using crystals to create extraordinarily high waves of consciousness — with the purpose of raising the collective awareness of humanity and supporting Earth’s return to a higher dimension.
If you have always felt a special relationship with crystals — if they seem to find you, or if holding one feels strangely like coming home — this may not be a coincidence. Most of us who lived and worked in Lemuria still carry that connection today.
Atlantis: Three Civilizations, Three Purposes
Here is something that surprises many people: Atlantis did not exist just once. It existed three times, in three different locations, each with its own distinct purpose.
Atlantis 1, around 20,000 years ago, was a civilization of wisdom, harmony, and profound respect — for all living things, for nature, for every soul. It was a place where balance and well-being were not ideals but everyday realities. Its purpose was the same as Lemuria’s: to raise the collective consciousness of humanity enough to move Earth into the fourth dimension.
Atlantis 2 was entirely focused on raising consciousness. It was uniquely situated in the ocean, with a great central city on a main island and seven underwater cities surrounding it. Everything there was oriented toward one goal: the expansion of human awareness.
Atlantis 3 — where most of my own memories are rooted — was located in Greece. Its purpose was sharing knowledge and healing. The Mystery Schools of Egypt and Greece that we draw from at Heart Wisdom Academy have their roots here, in this third and final age of Atlantis.
Why These Civilizations Still Matter
You might be wondering: why does any of this matter now?
Because the wisdom of Lemuria and Atlantis was never truly lost. It was carried forward — in the Mystery Schools, in ancient healing traditions, in the hearts of those who remember. And it is as relevant today as it ever was.
We are living in a time of profound change — a time when consciousness itself is being called to expand. The same impulse that drove those ancient civilizations is alive in us now. The desire to live with greater awareness, deeper compassion, and a truer connection to ourselves and to each other.
That is not a coincidence. That is remembering.
Healing What Still Echoes
One of the most powerful aspects of exploring Lemuria and Atlantis is the opportunity for healing. These civilizations fell — and for many of us, the echoes of that loss still live in the body, in patterns of fear, grief, or disconnection that we may not be able to explain.
Reading about these times — or better yet, exploring them through guided inner journeys — can offer a chance to understand, heal, and release what may still be affecting you today.
When you approach this work from the heart, something remarkable becomes possible. In your heart, you can remember, understand, and forgive everything.
